The VFF Annual General Meeting and Conference will be held at the All Seasons Resort Bendigo in 2012 from Thursday 19 April until Friday 20 April.

Those who register by 15 March will go in the draw to win one of two Rydges Gift Packages, including one night's accommodation, buffet breakfast and free parking.

Nomination forms and regional representation structures

Below you can download the VFF and commodity group nomination forms, as well as explanations of new Commodity Council representation structures.

Nominations can be made by any voting member of the Federation.

All nomination forms must be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer of the Victorian Farmers Federation no later than 5pm, Thursday, 8 March, 2012. Your CV of 500 words or less, and a summarised version of 250 words or less, should accompany your nomination.

Elections

The VFF has set clear procedures and deadlines which will be followed in the elections to be conducted at the 2012 and Commodity Group Conferences in Bendigo on April 20.

Support from staff of the Federation shall be limited to what is outlined in the VFF Election Planner below.
